INGREDIENTS ½ cup frozen blueberries 2-3 drops of organic vanilla essence ¼ cup chia seeds 1 cup almond milk
METHOD 1. Soak chia in ¼ cup of water until they create a gel like form 2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend! 3. Enjoy!
FIG AND CRANBERRY NUT BUTTER PORRIDGE
1 cup of GF oats2 fresh figs, cut into wedges
A handful of fresh cranberries (or dried if you can’t get your hands on fresh ones)
½ cup of non-dairy milk (almond, rice or coconut milk)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp of either agave syrup or honey
1 tbsp of nut butter (peanut, almond or mixed)
METHOD 1. Slow cook the oats on the stove in water on a low heat until soft, *If you time, cook them at the lowest temperature for a longer amount of time this gives them a creamy consistency. 2. Slowly add milk and stir in syrup, keeping stove on a low heat 3. Transfer to a bowl, top your oats with fresh figs, cranberries & nut butter.
CHIA, COCONUT & CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS ½ cup chia seeds 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut or hemp milk) Pinch of cinnamon Few drops of organic vanilla extract ½ punnet fresh raspberries
METHOD 1. Place all ingredients in a glass or jar, stir to combine ingredients well 2. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes, take out stir, repeat for another 10 minutes, stir again. 3. Top with fresh berries & serve
