Clean eating is eating fresh ingredients and getting rid of all the man-made and packaged foods where possible. I truly believe if you feed your body with good wholesome ingredients regularly throughout the day your portions will naturally become smaller making you smaller. When you feed your body the wrong things it actually makes you hungrier. Your body keeps craving food because you are not feeding it what it needs to function at an optimal level because you are just eating to just fill a hole so to speak or get rid of your hunger. When you start to view food as your body's fuel and power source you will hopefully rethink what you are eating. Its the same thing with your car. You fill it with cheap oil or you put diesel in a car that takes unleaded it just doesn't work or causes the car damage. Sadly though most would rather pay more for good quality fuel for their car and be stingy tight arses when it comes to their own bodies fuel. I just don't get it.

Sometimes clients get confused when I tell them to eat more but if what you are eating is quality food and clean ingredients there is no way you can gain weight. The plan below is a sample week of clean eating. Its a beginners guide so any clients that are already lean NO this does not mean you can eat chocolate every night because the plan says so. This is to get the beginners in the habit of eating regularly and detoxing the body. Enjoy!
