You know in my time I think I've tried every diet under the sun.
From the broccoli on toast diet, the try not to eat diet, the no carb diet and the
meal replacement diet.
Are you suprised that it didn't last though?
Who the hell can replace all there meals with shakes for the rest of there
I know I could not, no way, no how because the truth is....
I LOVE FOOD!
And life is way to short to feel starved, tired, lethargic and depressed which
is what a diet will do to you.
I remember back when I was dieting for my fitness model shows 16 weeks of strict dieting and for two whole weeks I ate chicken and asparagus or white fish and asparagus for
including breakfast. YUCK!
Let me tell you.... I was not the best person to be around.
Snappy, cranky, angry, tired.. oh so tired.
Was it worth it? Hell to the no.
Do I do that now to maintain a lean physique. Hell NO.
Do you need to do that to get and maintain a lean physique. Hell to the freaking NO.
The thing is after I dieted so strictly I binged. I binged so much I put on 10kgs in a very
short amount of time. I wanted the diet to be over so badly and couldn't wait until it was.
That is not how you get the results you want.
Dieting. Binging. Dieting. Binging.
Stop looking for the quick fix.
There is none.
Make healthy choices.
