So you want to lose 10 kilos before
Christmas is now 27 days away.
So the likely hood of you losing
10 kilos in that time is very low.
Sorry to say.
It IS possible though.
But only if you don't plan to eat
for the next 27 days and are ready
to live 24/7 at the gym.
For the average person it is just
not realistic nor should it be.
Weight loss is a LONG TERM
game. It is NOT something that
happens overnight and should not
be done in just a 27 day period
This time of year is an interesting
one. I get so many enquiries from
women wanting to quickly get in
shape before summer gets here
(it's this week) and before Christmas.
They start to get out all the
summer dresses, the swimmers and
clothes for parties and realise they
feel and look horrible in everything.
So it is a mad scramble to get
some of the weight off that has
been gradually increasing
through out the year as quickly as
They have left it too late.
Maybe you have left it too late
In reality there should really be no
such thing as leaving it too late.
You should be able to maintain a
relatively healthy weight and a
great level of fitness ALL YEAR
ROUND Not just for the summer.
This way of thinking is so common
though and it is totally the wrong
way to go about it.
What you've got to understand is
that it took time for you to gain
the weight so what makes you
think that it is going to be a quick
and easy turn around.
Give your body a break.
It's also quite common for people
to say to me "I'm so ready to start
but in the new year"
I think to myself.........
Why put it off?
Yes you will have the parties.
Yes you are going on holidays.
Yes you will have Christmas
So what about the days around
So what you are going to booze
it up, be a sloth and eat crap every.
single. day for 2-3 weeks?
You've been doing that all year.
This is where most go wrong.
If only you could understand
that for you to lose the weight
you want and to keep it off it is
all about changing your lifestyle
NOT about having a perfect
month of exercise and eating
right just to get the weight off
and then thats it.
So really the christmas period
should not matter to you. In the
right exercise and eating program
it should allow for things such
as a christmas feast and a few
new year drinks without your
results coming fully undone.
You don't need to put it off just
because you want to indulge
This is what most don't get.
There is always going to be
something going on in your
life to keep putting this off.
The next thing you know it
will be the end of 2018 and
yet again a whole year has
gone by and you haven't
changed. In fact you've put
more weight on.
Start now. Not in the new year.
