Today is part three of my tone up your tuck
shop lady arms series and you will need to
know about the other two parts if you are
really going to get those toned arms that
Today I'm covering the last part of the arm
that we can not forget to workout and that
is your biceps.
I'm going to show you two bicep exercise
that you can do to isolate this muscle.
Remember to do these exercises you
don't need to go to the gym you can do
them with hand held weights, cans of
food or you could fill up two water bottles
and use them.
It is important that you really focus on doing
these exercises nice and slow to keep the
tension on the muscle.
great at creating muscle tone but you
still have to work on burning the fat away.
These exercises won't fat reduce. You
can not spot reduce from a specific area
To get those nicely toned arms you want
you need to do three things.
1. Build muscle mass
2. Burn fat by focusing on eating clean
3. Fat burning cardio.
