Today's blog is part two to how to tone
up the tuck shop lady arms.
If you missed part one you can
read it here.
So in part one we covered triceps and
today we are covering shoulders.
The shoulders is another part of the
arm that you need to workout to create
those toned arms you are after.
The picture below shows you the parts
of the arm that I'm talking about when
I say shoulders.
There are three different parts to the shoulder
that you need to workout so I'm going to share
with you exercises that will work all of these
three parts of the shoulders.
For these exercises you will need to add some
kind of resistance whether it be dumbels, cans
of food or bottles of water.
Shoulder Press - works front, side & rear delt
Front Raises - works front delt
Here is a workout video with these exercises. Click on

Side Raises - works side delt
Reverse flyes - works rear delt
Remember that no matter how many of these
exercises you do if you don't burn fat you won't
ever be able to see the tone you are creating.
These exercises tone the arms.
You also have to work on burning the fat that
coats the muscle. You do that by eating really
well and doing fat burning workouts.
