The arms are a common trouble area for
us. One of the big reasons for that is because
unfortunately the arm is an area which women
naturally hold more fat than men do especially
the backs of the arms.
So today I'm going to share with you the
specific things that you can do to get those
toned arms and get you to feeling more
comfortable in a singlet or a dress that
shows off your arms.
The first thing that you need to understand
about toning up the arms is that no matter
how many isolated exercises you do to
tone up the arms if you don't burn the fat
that surrounds your muscle you will never
be able to reveal all of the tone you have
Another thing that you need to understand
about losing weight and toning up is that
you can not spot reduce a particular area.
If you want to get leaner arms you have
to get leaner all over your body. Also the
way that your body loses weight and
where it loses fat from first will depend
on your specific body type.
So keeping that in the back of your mind
there are a few things that you need
1. Build muscle mass in specific areas
to create muscle tone. Today I'm going
to focus on 1 specific area and that is
Triceps (biggest problem area) the area
that hangs underneath your arm.
Here are some specific exercises you can do
to create tone in this area.

Tricep Kick Backs
Now you don't need to go to the gym to
do these exercises. You can use hand
held weights OR alternatively you can
use cans of food or fill up water bottles
and use them.
2. You need to burn fat to reveal all
of this fabulous muscle tone that you
You do this by focusing on eating healthy.
80% of your result will rely on what you
are eating. So no matter how many
of the tricep extensions you do if you
are eating crap don't expect to see any
type of change.
3. Fat burning LISS cardio.LISS cardio
is Low Intensity Steady State Cardio.
An example of this type of cardio is
walking. Adding walking into your weekly
exercise regime will help you first of all
hold onto the muscle mass that you are
building and it will secondly burn fat.
